Showed one buyer another restaurant for $350,000 and sold it

Signed up for residential and he now does commercial. He took our suggestion for a website with both residential and commercial listings. Starting doing commercial real estate. Made $75,000 in the first year and has been making connections every since and doing deals. Sold a retirement home that was on MLS from the person he met through ICIWorld.
