Brokerage reports selling a property in Wasaga Beach $300,000. The buyer saw it on ICIWorld, called his own agent who then approached Sam and sold it with Sam. He also sold other properties such as detached homes in the GTA, store plus apartment. He says he gets calls on a regular basis and likes the networking. He also leased an apartment for $2,900 per month in North York.

The buyer ended up buying a multiplex in Leamington Ontario through a broker member. $3.2M in 2017. Looking for more. He is placing his Want in Database 2 FSBO’s.
