Hugh Nichols, Broker, Re/Max North Country Realty Inc. Brokerage has sold two buildings and leased out some retail space. One was a main street building commercial with two apartments as an investment $339,000 and the other was a commercial building with nine residential units and two commercial units also in Gravenhurst. They were both placed on ICIWorld. Hugh received about four calls and two of them purchased. The leased unit 3,200 sq. ft. was for a restaurant and he received one call and they leased it for five years. Whenever Hugh receives calls they tend to be well qualified as prospects. Tom Pileggi, MCNE, CIPS, ASA, CNE, Broker, Sutton West Realty Inc. reports that he has done several transactions on ICIWorld. He has sold land in Vaughan $2.5M to build storage units, land for residential homes in Brampton for $2.2M, 54 acres in King Township for future development for $1.9M and has others. Also businesses such as cafes. He says he highly recommends it to all his colleagues to join.

Brokerage reports selling a property in Wasaga Beach $300,000. The buyer saw it on ICIWorld, called his own agent who then approached Sam and sold it with Sam. He also sold other properties such as detached homes in the GTA, store plus apartment. He says he gets calls on a regular basis and likes the networking. He also leased an apartment for $2,900 per month in North York.

Jerry Haddad, Sales Representative, Cityscape Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage reports many transactions over the years. In this last year alone he has sold four shopping centres each one from $2,000,000 to $3,000,000.

Bob Muir, Sales Representative, SUTTON GROUP INCENTIVE REALTY INC.,Brokerage, approached a FSBO, (For Sale By Owner). With the three special questions learned in an ICIWorld Seminar, he asked them and got a favorable response. He sold it $230,000. Job well done. Irene posted a medical building on ICIWorld and another member saw it and they worked together and sold it. She has other projects on the go now such as a 48 townhome project in Pickering, land in Georgina and more.

Gurcharan Singh, Broker, Homelife/Miracle Realty Ltd., Brokerage, had a buyer looking for a gas station. He saw one on ICIWorld that was placed by another member and they sold it. Gurcharan has also sold farmland and makes connections regularly to do real estate business. Here is his mobile website.
